With all the ingredients you need pre-mixed in one package, the Real Salt Brine Kit makes cooking tender, flavorful meat simpler than ever.

The Real Salt Brine Kit contains everything you need to make the perfect brine. Simply dissolve the kit in water as instructed and refrigerate your protein in the brine for 18-24 hours. Find complete instructions on our website.

Lean meats, such as turkey, chicken, lamb, and pork, are great candidates for brining. You can also brine vegetables and fish!

The Real Salt Brine Kit makes 6 quarts, enough to brine 12-18 lbs. of protein. For smaller proteins, use half the kit. For larger ones, use two kits.

Sugar creates a sweet and salty balance of flavor and helps to brown and crisp the skin of your turkey. We chose organic coconut sugar for its simple, clean, and real properties as opposed to cane sugar or an alcohol-derived sweetener that would not achieve the desired outcome of crispy skin.

The organic coconut sugar in the Real Salt Brine Kit adds less than one gram of sugar per serving, which gets rounded down to zero grams per FDA guidelines. Learn more here.
