We are aware that there is a bug causing a log-in “loop” on our Wholesale site. After logging in, if you are directed to the “orders” page and click “Go To Store” and are then redirected to log-in again, you are caught in the loop. Fortunately, we have an easy solution to this issue. You simply need to clear your cookies and cache from your browser history. Or, if it’s easier, you can simply access the site using a different browser! To clear your cache/cookies, please follow the instructions shown below for each common browser type (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari):

 

Google Chrome

  1. Find the three vertical dots (ellipses) in the top right corner of your browser and click.

  2. Go to “history” in the drop down selection. Hovering over the option will open up an expanded history. Click “History”.

  3. In the top left corner, select “Delete Browsing History”.

  4. From the pop-up, set “All Time” for the Time Range.

  5. Uncheck all the boxes EXCEPT “Cookies and other site data” AND “Cached images and files”. Make sure those two are checked.

  6. Click “delete data”.

  7. Restart your browser, and try to log in again.

  8. If you continue to have trouble, please contact our customer support.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Find the three horizontal dots (ellipses) in the top right corner of the browser and click.

  2. Go to History and click

  3. Click the trash can icon in the top right corner of the pop-up

  4. Set the time range to “All Time” (it should be selected by default).

  5. Uncheck all the boxes EXCEPT “Cookies and other site data” AND “Cached images and files”. Make sure those two are checked.

  6. Click “Clear now”.

  7. Restart your browser, and try to log in again.

  8. If you continue to have trouble, please contact our customer support.

Safari

  1. Click on the Safari menu in the top left hand corner next to the Apple symbol

  2. Click on Settings

  3. A new dialogue box will open. Click Privacy.

  4. Click on the Manage Website Data button

  5. To remove any cached data and cookies from your computer, click Remove all

  6. A new dialogue box will open. Click Remove now

  7. Wait a few moments, then click done

  8. Close the dialogue box remaining

  9. Press Command+Q to quit Safari. Open it back up, and try logging in again.
