How do I log in to my subscription account?
You can access your subscription portal through your Redmond Store account login. If you don't have an account and you would like to create one, create your account using the same email address you used at checkout during your previous Redmond purchase(s). You can find the account creation page in the top right corner of the Redmond Life site, by hovering over the 'person' icon:
After you create an account, you can log in and access your subscription portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.
If you don't have a Redmond Store account, you can access your subscription account through links provided in your most recent subscription confirmation email. To find this easily, you can search your inbox for "Subscription Confirmation". Follow the link shown there to access your subscription management portal. If you cannot find an email with a link, we can send you a fresh one. Simply reach out to our Customer Service at 1800-367-7258 or via email at connect@redmond.life.
How do I update my payment information?
1. Login to your account (see "How do I login to my account?" above if you're unsure how to do this; if you don't have an account , you'll need to request the account management email from our Customer Service team).
2. Scroll down on the account page and click "Manage Subscriptions" tab.
3. Select "Update Payment Method" from the drop down menu
4. Select "Send Email"
5. Access the email account that is associated with your Redmond Life Account and look for an email from Redmond Life.
6. Click "Confirm Payment Information"
7. Click the Payment Methods tab.
8. Click Add New Payment Method and enter the new or updated payment information.
9. Add the new payment method to a particular subscription by clicking the Subscriptions tab and then click Edit on the subscription to be updated.
10. Select Payment Method on the left-hand side below the box labeled Shipping Address and select the new payment method.
11. To remove outdated payment information, return to the Payment Methods tab, click the down arrow next to the old payment method and click Remove Payment Method.
How do I update my shipping address?
1. Login to your account (see "How do I login to my account?" above if you're unsure how to do this; if you don't have an account , you'll need to request the account management email from our Customer Service team).
2. Scroll down on the account page and click "Manage Subscriptions".
3. Select "Update Shipping Address" from the drop down menu
4. Update your information and click "Update"
How do I cancel my subscription?
1. Login to your account (see "How do I login to my account?" above if you're unsure how to do this; if you don't have an account , you'll need to request the account management email from our Customer Service team).
2. Scroll down on the account page and click "Manage Subscriptions"
3. Select "Cancel subscription" from the drop down menu
4. From here, you can opt to skip one month of a subscription, if you're unsure about your subscription schedule, or you can cancel. Select your preferred option.
How much Re-Lyte is too much?
We recommend 1-3 servings per day depending on your body and lifestyle.
Why does Re-Lyte contain so much salt?
Even when you're not sweating, your body needs salt.
Your body needs salt to stay healthy. Sodium helps keep the amount of water inside and outside your cells balanced. It also supports healthy nerve and muscle function. When you're sweating, you need to pay extra attention to your salt intake, because sodium is the electrolyte you lose most through sweat.
Most electrolyte drinks don't contain enough salt to replenish what you lose in your sweat. That's because they use cheap, processed salt that tastes so bad they can't include enough to actually replace what you're losing in sweat without making their product taste terrible.

How does pricing work for subscriptions?
Subscribers receive a 15% discount on the current retail price of Re-Lyte. The price of Redmond Life products, including Re-Lyte, does increase occasionally to keep up with inflation. The good news is these price increases won’t affect the price of an active subscription. If you edit your subscription by switching to a new flavor, however, your subscription price will automatically update to reflect the new cost.
