Smoky Maple Pulled Chicken
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
• Smoked Real Salt® Hickory (or any flavor), to taste
Instructions:
1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken thighs into a small crockpot.
Add a little water if using a large crockpot.
2. Drizzle the chicken thighs evenly with 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup.
3. Season the chicken with Real Salt Smoked Salt Hickory (or any preferred flavor) to taste.
4. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
5. Use a fork to shred the chicken thighs directly in the crockpot. The chicken should be tender and
easily pulled apart.

Wow, does this look great, many thanks. We have real maple sugar on hand that we use for rubs and will probably sprinkle both sides of the chicken with it.
