This Re-Lyte Piña Smoothie will keep you hydrated as you catch some rays by the beach, lake, pool, or wherever your summer adventure takes you. And because it’s made with Piña Colada Re-Lyte, your body will have the electrolytes it needs when you decide to join a game of beach volleyball or accept your kiddo’s challenge to a race.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pineapple (preferably fresh), cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut cream or milk
- 1 scoop of Piña Colada Re-lyte
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
