Great product.. my first real electrolyte drink

I started drinking this every morning right when I wake up. I’m active - I workout 6 days a week, varying from high intensity to lifting and active recoveries. On days where I’m extra active - like this last weekend when I was working outside for 8+ hours, I have two drinks. I’ve been changing a lot of my health and wellness.. this is the perfect addition in my opinion. I’ve felt great. I subscribe to mixed berry.. but I tried the variety packets and I enjoy all the flavors. I also just bought the individual packets to take on vacation. Highly recommend!

Game changer!

Since I’ve been taking Redmond salt in the morning and ReLyte before my workouts I no longer feel super thirsty after my workouts. I highly recommend it! My kid is at fire school going through intensive physical training and she has a tub of ReLyte in her dorm. She swears it has been key to her performance.

Must add to my water

This is my favorite water additive. The flavor is fantastic and has helped me drink so much more water than before. I will admit I found it a little too salty at first but found as long as I mix it well it is perfect! Strawberry lemonade is my personal favorite!
