Chicken Nachos
Chicken nachos are an easy, delicious snack or appetizer you can make for almost any occasion. Whether you're celebrating Cinco de Mayo, hosting a game night, or simply craving something savory and cheesy, chicken nachos are sure to satisfy you and your crew—especially when you season them with our zesty, flavorful Real Salt Taco Seasoning!
Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts

2 Tbsp. Real Salt Taco Seasoning

4 handfuls of tortilla chips (Try the Redmond Heritage Farm's House Made Tortilla Chips if you live in Utah!)

10 oz. shredded jack cheese
-
1/2 cup pickled jalapenos
-
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
-
1 cup diced tomatoes
-
1/2 cup sour cream
-
2 Tbsp. cotija cheese
-
1 lime
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Season the chicken breasts with Real Salt Taco Seasoning and olive oil.

Preheat a pan over medium-high heat.

Place both chicken breasts into your heated pan.

Cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove the chicken breasts from the pan, and let them cool slightly.

Slice the cooked chicken.

Add the tortilla chips to an oven-safe pan and spread them evenly.

Top the chips with sliced chicken, a thick layer of jack cheese, tomatoes, and jalapenos.

Sprinkle with Real Salt Taco Seasoning.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Take out of the oven and top with cotija cheese, cilantro, sour cream, and a squeeze of lime.

Serve with your favorite salsa and enjoy!
