At Redmond Life, we aim to listen, learn, and work together to improve our products. Nearly three years after launching Re-Lyte Pre-Workout, we're excited to announce a few simple improvements that upgrade its performance while keeping the clean and effective ingredients you trust in Re-Lyte.

Redmond Re-Lyte Pre-Workout is a refreshing pre-workout mix created to deliver a clean boost of energy to power you through any workout. With its balanced blend of electrolytes and minerals, Re-Lyte Pre-Workout improves performance, fights muscle fatigue, and aids in recovery while helping you get the most out of your time in and out of the gym.

Here’s a look at the improved Pre-Workout, set to elevate your fitness regime more effectively than ever before.

What’s New in Re-Lyte Pre-Workout?

1. The Calcium:

We've switched to calcium carbonate in our formula, which improves mixability. You can read more about why we made this switch here.

2. Improved Mixability:

With the new calcium carbonate, Re-Lyte Pre-Workout dissolves more easily, allowing you to mix it more quickly and with less effort.

3. Improved Flavor:

We updated the flavor to make it tastier and less bitter. Many pre-workout mixes mask the strong flavor of BCAAs with sugar, but we’ve improved the taste of Re-Lyte Pre-Workout while still keeping true to our commitment to clean ingredients.

4. New Label:

Our refreshed label now features a cleaner, more modern look that distinguishes Re-Lyte Pre-Workout from other products in our lineup. It’s part of a broader update that includes Re-Lyte Hydration and Re-Lyte Immunity, making each product instantly recognizable with its unique color and design.

What’s the Same?

1. Clean, Balanced Electrolytes:

With our Re-Lyte Hydration as its base, Pre-Workout contains electrolytes optimized by health and fitness experts, including more sodium than most mixes to replenish what’s lost through sweat.

2. No Artificial Ingredients or Unnecessary Additives:

Unlike other pre-workout mixes, Re-Lyte Pre-Workout doesn’t contain unhealthy ingredients or fillers, like sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, anti-caking agents, or thickening agents.

3. A Moderate Dose of Caffeine:

Each serving of Pre-Workout contains 150 mg of caffeine from green tea extract. This amount provides energy while helping to minimize the chance of developing jitters or a crash.

4. Herbal Energizers:

Pre-Workout includes ginseng and maca root, two herbs that support healthy energy and endurance.

5. Vegan BCAAs:

Pre-Workout contains muscle-supporting branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) made from plant rather than animal sources, making it vegan-friendly.

 6. Beta-alanine:

Beta-alanine encourages the production of carnosine, a protein-building block that contributes to muscle endurance, exercise stamina, and performance. It can cause tingling in the lips, ears, or fingertips when taken in doses over 2 grams, but this tingling is harmless and should fade within 30 minutes.

7. Great Flavor Options:

The flavor options you love are staying the same. Whether you prefer Peach Mango or Blueberry Lemonade, you can still enjoy your favorite Re-Lyte Pre-Workout flavor.

  • Gluten-Free
  • Vegan Friendly
  • Keto and Low-Carb Friendly
  • 10 Calories Per Serving
