Smoked Real Salt®
Redmond salt is the only salt I use. I have been using this salt for a couple of years, I recently ordered Chefs Blend and I use it on EVERYTHING. The salt I purchased in the grocery store in the past has no flavor. Love 'My' Redmond Salt. I am trying other blends...next up is Hickory.

Simple recipe. Sprinkle salt lightly and smoke your jerky. Best jerky I have ever made. Adjust flavor by the type of wood. I like cherry, pecan, mesquite. No fancy labor intensive recipes needed. The secret is Redmond salt. Using smoked salt use oak which is neutral flavor. Redmond's is the best. I have used everything from Table salt to Canning, Pink Himalayan, Sea salt and I am Sold on all of the Redmond's I have used so far. It is the best tasting salt on earth.
