I read reviews that these were on the saltier side of electrolytes but decided to try anyways. I just tried a packet today after receiving them in the mail and they are so tasty! It's a good ratio of salt to flavor and the Watermelon Lime is surprisingly delicious. It was hard to tell if my body had been craving salt this morning or if the flavor was just THAT good, but I'll be repurchasing these immediately! Super impressed and glad I decided to try.

Best tasting electrolyte mix!

I was looking for an electrolyte mix without all the sugar and I found it! I have tried multiple big brand electrolyte mixes and hated them all because of their sugary taste. It seems counter productive to add sugar into an electrolyte drink in my opinion. This brand has no sugar and I absolutely love the salty-sweet flavor. I also love the extra thought of the types of micronutrients that go into this mix. This is my go to electrolyte drink from now and out.

Sadly does not taste good at all

I wanted to love it I forced myself to drink a bottle to give it a true liking or not. Well it’s not good at least for me I did not like it threw the rest away.

How To Mix Re-Lyte Like A Pro

Add one scoop of Re-Lyte Electrolyte Mix into 16-18 ounces of water and mix well.

After mixing, let sit for at least 30 seconds.

Shake it up again for another 10 seconds to let it fully dissolve. (Avoiding artificial ingredients means a little extra mixing.)

You may notice sediment at the bottom of your container when done. that is trace minerals from Real Salt that are safe and beneficial to consume.
