What is the Redmond Life Rewards program?

Redmond Life Rewards is a loyalty and referral program where you earn points by shopping on our site, referring us to family and friends, following us on social media, or connecting with us in other ways. You can redeem your points for discounts on your favorite Redmond Life products. It’s our way of saying thanks for allowing us to share in your journey!

Does it cost money to join?

Nope. Membership is free!

Who can join the program?

As long as you’re a U.S. resident who’s 18 or older, you can join Redmond Life Rewards.

How do I become a rewards member?

Have you already created an account on our website? If you have you’re a member!! All you need to do is log into your account here to earn points on every purchase. Don't have an account on our website yet? That's okay. Create one here by providing your email address, first name, last name, and an account password.

How do I earn points?

You’ll earn points with every purchase you make! You can also earn points by following us on social media, referring friends, sharing feedback on our products, and more. Check out all of the ways you can earn points here!

Can I earn points for purchases I made before I joined?

Nope. You only start earning points after you create an account on our website and officially join the program.

How do I know if points have been added to my account?

Your points are added to your account once your order ships. You can track your point balance and reward history in your account dashboard.

If I return my items, do I lose my points?

  • If you return items purchased with points, points are not refunded.

Do points expire?

They do. If you don’t earn or redeem points for 12 months, your account will be considered inactive, and your points will expire.

Where do I track my points and progress?

You can track your Redmond Life Rewards history and member status by logging into your account and viewing your dashboard.

Can I lose my current tier status?

Once you enter a new tier, you’ll stay in that tier for 12 months. If you use some of your points or they expire during those 12 months and you don’t earn enough new points to stay in your current tier, you’ll move back to the tier that matches the points you earned within the last 12 months. For example;f you crossed the tier entry threshold on January 1, 2022, you’ll stay in that tier until at least January 1, 2023, regardless of how many points you earn. But after January 1, 2023, you’ll be moved into the tier that matches the points you earned over the previous 12 months.

Can I change the email address associated with my account?

Unfortunately, it’s currently not possible to change the email address associated with your account.

I forgot to add my reward at checkout! Can I add it after I’ve ordered?

Absolutely! Reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to help you out.

Can I earn points by buying products from other places besides your website?

  • You can only earn points by purchasing directly from our website.

How long does it take for points to show up on my account?

The points you earn with each purchase are updated in your account once your order ships. The Points you earn by referring us, following us on social media, or by connecting with our brand in other ways should immediately show up in your account. If you were supposed to receive points and haven’t, please reach out to our customer service team!

What do I get for being in each rewards tier?

Life Rewards tiers help you earn points faster. Every customer starts in our first tier, the Salty tier. In this tier, you will earn one point for every dollar spent, or a 10% return! There are two additional tiers that you can earn, Saltier and Saltiest, based on how much you spend in a calendar year. If you spend $100 within a year, you'll earn the Saltier tier, which gives 1.25 points for every dollar spent. If you spend $250 within a year, you'll earn the Saltiest Tier and earn points at 1.5 points per dollar spent.

How can I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points is easy! Simply log in, shop, and then use the Rewards dropdown at checkout to redeem your points and apply the discount to your order.

I forgot to login at checkout! Can my points be added to my account?

Yes! Reach out to our customer service team and we'll be happy to help you out.

Referral Code Error

Occassionally, errors can occur when our program is generating referral codes. In most cases, the solution is simple - try the options below and if you still have trouble, please contact our Customer Service team.

  1. Try refreshing your page - this easy fix can resolve the issue a majority of the time.
  2. If you encounter the following error, follow the steps below to resolve: "To get your discount code you'll need to turn off the "Hide IP Address" option in your Safari privacy settings, then click the referral link again."
  3. Access your settings
  4. Scroll down and select "Safari"
  5. Scroll down until you see the setting "Hide IP Address" and select
  6. Turn this setting off
  7. Return to the referral pop-up page and refresh. Your code should appear - you can copy from here and then paste at checkout to get your discount!
  8. If refreshing the page doesn't work, try going back to the email you received and click the link again.
  9. If you prefer, go back into your settings and activate your "Hide IP Address" setting again
