How many servings of electrolyte drink is safe in one day?

Hi Julie! We recommend sticking to 1 to 3 servings per day of Re-Lyte depending on your body and lifestyle. How much you exercise, the climate you live in, if you have health issues that cause vomiting or diarrhea, if you’re pregnant or nursing, along with a variety of other factors will all influence whether your electrolyte needs fall on the higher or lower end of that spectrum.
