If you love the taste of pure, natural salt, then Unflavored Re-Lyte is for you. It doesn’t contain any natural flavors or sweeteners, but it’s not flavorless. It has a strong salty flavor thanks to the Real Salt it contains. The serving size is 1 scoop (5g), but you don’t have to drink a full serving all at once if that’s too salty for your palate. Start by adding a quarter or half scoop to your water bottle, and then add another quarter or half when you refill. You could also mix it in fruit juice or add your own flavors.
