I’ve been doing two different types of Hot Yoga 5 days swell and go to the gym the other two days. Needless to say keeping my electrolytes balanced takes work as I can sweat out up to 3 lbs of sweat in a single Hot Yoga class. I’ve tried all of the major brands and while I do think theee are other great brands, Redmond Re-lyte is my favorite. Besides the nice balance of salts and minerals, the flavors are all excellent and no sugar and no artificial sweeteners. Buy the 60 serving jar and save a ton. My favorite flavors are mango and watermelon lime. These two are delicious.
