I love to start my day with ReLyte. After all night of sleeping, I appreciate the extra hydration of ReLyte. I have experienced light-headedness many times in my life and I like that I’m doing something healthy of myself first thing in the morning, which has helped keep fainting spells at bay!

Love These Electrolytes! Love this Brand

I love that there is no sugar including stevia in the unflavored. They give me the boost of energy and quality minerals I need.

Don't leave home without it

At first I was a bit skeptical about this, I will admit. But now having gone thru 4 tubs I realize the day I don't drink it I don't feel as good. Anytime I drink plain water it seems to still leave me thirsty. If you are on the fence about it, don't be. Highly Recommend and tell all my friends about it!!
