Monce's Guacamole
This fresh and zesty guacamole recipe from Redmond Life team member Monce Carabajal is ideal for any occasion. Made with ripe avocados, juicy tomatoes, and just the right kick of spice, this creamy, flavor-packed guac is great for dipping, topping, or even eating straight from the bowl (no judgment here!).
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 3/4 Roma tomato, diced
- 3 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. white onion, diced
- 1/2 jalapeño, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- 1 1/2 limes, juiced
- 1/4 tsp. Real Salt Kosher, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp. Real Salt Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Real Salt Onion Salt
- dash Real Salt Chili Lime Seasoning
Instructions:
- Peel the avocados, place them in a bowl, and leave the pits in the mixture to help prevent browning.
- Add the diced tomato, chopped cilantro, diced onion, and chopped jalapeño to the bowl.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
- Mix everything by hand using gloves until well combined and slightly chunky.
- Season with kosher salt, garlic salt, onion salt, and chili lime seasoning to taste. Mix again to distribute the seasonings evenly.
- Serve with chips or as a topping on your favorite dishes.

We made this recipe. I left out the 1t of plain salt. This recipe has way too much salt in it! Even with out the 1t of salt. Knowing you are salt company selling salt, this is way way too much salt!

Color us embarrassed 😳, Richard! We are so sorry about the errors in the recipe. It seems that when the recipe was downsized (Monce makes a huge batch of guacamole!), the seasoning conversions were done incorrectly. The recipe has been updated. Thank you so much for letting us know!
