What’s New in Re-Lyte Energy?
1. Name Update:
We updated the name from Re-Lyte Boost to Re-Lyte Energy and changed the flavor name of Lemon Lime to Limeade to reduce confusion with the Lemon Lime flavor in our Hydration line.
2. Formula Improvement:
We switched to calcium carbonate in our formula, which improves the powder's mixability. You can read more about why we made this switch here.
3. Improved Mixability:
With the new calcium carbonate, Re-Lyte Energy dissolves more easily, allowing you to mix it more quickly and with less effort.
4. Improved Flavor:
Our Limeade and Raspberry Mango Re-Lyte Energy flavors are fresher and tastier than ever!
5. New Label:
We refreshed the label design and color palette to make it easy to distinguish from the other products in the Re-Lyte line. The new colors are fun, bright, and energetic.
What’s the Same?
1. Clean, Balanced Electrolytes:
With Re-Lyte Hydration as its base, Energy contains an optimal dose of energizing electrolytes, including a generous serving of sodium to replenish what’s lost through sweat during your active lifestyle.
2. Natural Ingredients:
Re-Lyte Energy doesn’t contain added sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, artificial colors, or chemical preservatives.
3. Moderate Caffeine:
Energy contains 120 mg of caffeine from green tea extract, which is enough to give you energy while helping to minimize the chance of developing jitters or a crash.
4. Herbal Energizers:
Energy contains a special combination of herbs that support healthy energy and endurance: beetroot, ginseng, maca, Rhodiola rosea, and ashwagandha.
5. Added B Vitamins:
B vitamins like B3, B6, and B12 enhance energy production, support brain function, and improve blood health, boosting mental and physical performance.

Should this be taken before working out like the regular re-lyte

Redmond Life replied:
Hi Lisa! Some people like using Energy as a pre-workout because they like the caffeine boost and the extra electrolytes. We also sell Re-Lyte Pre-Workout, which has slightly more caffeine (150 mg in Pre-Workout vs 120 in Energy), and also BCAAs and beta-alanine that support strength, speed, and endurance. Check out this article on our website to get more information about these two products to discover which is right for you. https://kb.redmond.life/whats-the-difference-between-re-lyte-energy-and-re-lyte-pre-workout
