I am so grateful that you can find this ancient sea salt free of plastics. Unfortunately all current sea salt now has plastic in it! Research that and consider what that does to your beautiful body. Your body is a gift. Treat it that way. I know it is impossible to avoid all toxins in our current environment...but there are ways to help mitigate and help with that load. This is one of the ways.

Real Salt is mined in Utah from an ancient sea bed (from a time when there were no 'micro-plastics' in sea water). It is unprocessed and free of the 'anti-caking' agents they put in table salt, too. When I'm fasting, I need to drink lots of water and supplement with salt, or I get vicious headaches. I find this one is particularly easy to just eat right out of my hand, which makes fasting more comfortable, and convenient for me. Thanks Redmond!
