Salty Chocolate Mocktail
A little salty and a little sweet, this creamy mocktail is a treat you can enjoy any time of day.
Ingredients:

1/2 scoop Re-Lyte Hydration Chocolate

1 cup whole milk (If you’re in Utah, try Redmond Heritage Farm Raw Milk)

Splash of vanilla extract
-
Handful of crushed ice
-
1 shot (3 Tbsp.) espresso (optional)

Re-Lyte chocolate syrup (recipe below)
Instructions:

Pour cooled chocolate syrup onto a small plate, dip the rim of your glass in the syrup, then sprinkle the rim with Kosher Real Salt.

Combine Chocolate Re-Lyte, milk, vanilla, ice, and optional espresso in a cocktail shaker or jar with a lid. Shake until well combined.

Strain the drink into your garnished glass and enjoy.
Chocolate Re-Lyte Syrup
Ingredients:

1/4 cup filtered water

1/4 cup maple syrup
-
5 Tbsp. cacao powder
-
1/2 scoop Re-Lyte Hydration Chocolate (or one full scoop for a saltier syrup)
-
1 tsp. vanilla extract
-
Pinch of Real Salt
Instructions:

Combine water and maple syrup in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

Reduce to a gentle simmer and whisk in the cacao powder. Stir constantly for 2 minutes to prevent scorching.

Once thickened, remove from heat and whisk in the Re-Lyte.

Add a splash of vanilla extract and stir to combine.

Allow the syrup to cool completely; it will thicken as it cools.
