Salty Chocolate Mocktail

A little salty and a little sweet, this creamy mocktail is a treat you can enjoy any time of day. 

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Pour cooled chocolate syrup onto a small plate, dip the rim of your glass in the syrup, then sprinkle the rim with Kosher Real Salt.

  2. Combine Chocolate Re-Lyte, milk, vanilla, ice, and optional espresso in a cocktail shaker or jar with a lid. Shake until well combined.

  3. Strain the drink into your garnished glass and enjoy.

Chocolate Re-Lyte Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup filtered water

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 5 Tbsp. cacao powder

  • 1/2 scoop Re-Lyte Hydration Chocolate (or one full scoop for a saltier syrup)

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • Pinch of Real Salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine water and maple syrup in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce to a gentle simmer and whisk in the cacao powder. Stir constantly for 2 minutes to prevent scorching.

  3. Once thickened, remove from heat and whisk in the Re-Lyte. 

  4. Add a splash of vanilla extract and stir to combine.

  5. Allow the syrup to cool completely; it will thicken as it cools.
