Prosciutto and Brie Frittata
Creamy Brie, salty prosciutto, and tender asparagus bake into a savory, fluffy egg dish that’s quick to make and easy to customize. Try it with a side of greens topped with our zesty Lemon Pepper Vinaigrette!
Ingredients:

12 eggs

1/2 cup heavy cream, half-and-half, or 1/4 cup whole milk

1 Tbsp. butter

6 oz. asparagus, woody ends removed and chopped into small pieces

4 oz. prosciutto
-
5 oz. Brie, cut into small pieces

1 1/2 tsp. Real Salt Organic Garlic Pepper
-
1/4 cup arugula
-
Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

Kosher Real Salt for finishing
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, add eggs, cream, and garlic pepper. Whisk until well combined.

In a 10-inch cast-iron skillet over medium heat, melt butter.

Add asparagus and stir to coat.

Pour egg mixture evenly over asparagus.

Evenly distribute the Brie pieces and 2/3 of the prosciutto over the eggs, reserving the rest of the prosciutto for topping after baking.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the center is just set and the edges are lightly golden.

Top with reserved prosciutto, Parmesan shavings, and arugula.
Finish with a sprinkle of Real Salt Kosher to taste.
