Oven-Roasted Shrimp Scampi
Tender shrimp baked in a rich, garlicky butter sauce, brightened with at touch of lemon, and topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan, make this dish deliciously decadent. Ingredients:

1 lb. medium raw shrimp, shelled, deveined, tails attached

6 oz. butter (1 1/2 stick)

6 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Pinch of red pepper flakes

1 lemon, juiced (or 1/4 cup dry white wine)

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Handful of parsley, chopped
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Melt butter in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat.

Add chopped garlic, shrimp, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and Real Salt Onion Salt to the melted butter. Toss gently with a spoon to coat the shrimp.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
